Manage Lens in WordPress

Install and activate TMXIO Lens, then open its page under the TMXIO menu in WordPress Admin.

The current plugin connection form labels its credential TMXIO workspace token. That legacy label refers to an Account credential; it does not create a separate customer container.

  1. Obtain a credential through the Account settings and access process approved by your team.
  2. Paste it into the Lens connection form and choose Connect.
  3. Confirm the plugin reports a successful connection.
  4. Enable Lens for the intended audience.
  5. Save panel placement and theme choices.
  6. Open the public Website in that audience context.
  7. Submit one real feedback item and confirm it appears in Website → Collaborate → Lens for the same Website Environment.

Use the narrowest audience that supports the review. Do not expose Lens to public visitors unless that is the deliberate review model.

Treat the credential as a secret. Never place it in source control, screenshots, ordinary tickets, or chat.
