Use Lens Feedback

Open Website → Collaborate → Lens and confirm the Website Environment before reviewing feedback.

  • Lens Overview shows current Lens activity.
  • All Feedback is the working queue.
  • Lens Access controls who can use Lens for this Website.
  • Lens Settings controls Website-level Lens behavior.

Work an item

Section titled “Work an item”
  1. Open the item on its recorded page.
  2. Read the description, element context, priority, status, comments, and historical capture.
  3. Reproduce the observation in the recorded Website Environment.
  4. Move valid active work from Open to In Progress.
  5. Add implementation and verification evidence to the same item.
  6. Use Resolved when implementation is complete but review remains.
  7. Use Closed after the result is verified or intentionally declined.

The default active queue contains Open and In Progress work. Resolved and Closed items can remain outside that count.

Displayed queue numbers are contextual ordinals, not durable identifiers. Share the item link or identify it by Account, Website Environment, recorded route, and description.

Use WordPress Lens administration for plugin installation, connection, audience, layout, or synchronization.
