Use Inbox for communication captured for the selected Website. Use Reports for a durable presentation of Website data.

In Inbox:

1. Confirm the Website Environment and time range.
2. Open the message with its route and capture context.
3. Route actionable work to the owning workflow.
4. Preserve consent and source information when exporting or sharing.

In Reports:

1. Choose a Website report template.
2. Set the period and sections.
3. Generate the report.
4. Review the output before delivery.
