Improve Search and AI Discovery
Choose the view that answers the question you actually have:
| View | Question |
|---|---|
| Web Traffic | How are people reaching and using the Website? |
| Analytics Dashboards | How can connected traffic, search, product, lead, and backlink data be combined into a custom report? |
| SEO | What search configuration and signals need attention? |
| SEO Audit | What did a repeatable audit find at a specific time? |
| Backlinks | Which external sources refer to the Website? |
| GEO | How is the Website prepared for generative discovery? |
| AI Crawlers | Which automated agents are reaching the Website? |
| AI Serving | What content is exposed through the enabled serving layer? |
| Agent Readiness | Can automated agents understand and use the public experience? |
Set the date range and Website Environment before comparing results. Keep source, collection time, and configuration with exported evidence.
Work from a specific finding to the owning application or content. Re-run the same check after the change. Do not combine traffic, audit, crawler, and readiness values into an invented universal score.
Some views are feature-gated. Their absence can reflect account configuration rather than an error.
Build a custom analytics dashboard
Section titled “Build a custom analytics dashboard”When Analytics Dashboards is enabled for the account, open Website → Search & AI → Analytics Dashboards. Create a blank dashboard or select a template, then add only the widgets supported by integrations assigned to this Website. If the feature is not enabled, the navigation entry and dashboard APIs are unavailable.
Connected traffic sources can power Web traffic overview and Top blog content widgets. Semrush adds Top 5 positions and SEO monthly tracker widgets. Scrunch adds an AEO visibility widget for visibility, position, citation-share, and sentiment comparisons; its period labels follow the dashboard date filter.
Each widget defaults to the last 30 days and can use its own date range. Selecting a dashboard date range overrides every widget on that dashboard; clear it with Use widget ranges. Use a widget’s menu to edit its metric, dimension, provider, filters, comparison period, visualization, and display style. Text blocks and section headings can add context between data widgets. Choose Customize layout before dragging or resizing widgets, then save the layout; it stacks automatically on smaller screens. Geography widgets start full-width and keep a half-width minimum on desktop so the map remains readable.
Add Unified traffic overview to compare available TMXIO Web Traffic, Google Analytics, PostHog, and Leadfeeder signals in one chart. Each provider keeps its own metric and color, with a separate daily average, so unlike measurements are not combined into one total. Change the widget visualization to a line, area, or grouped bar chart from its display settings.
Each widget loads independently. Successful results are cached daily for the same Website, provider, date range, filters, and data settings. Every data widget shows when its cached result was captured. Browser refreshes and dashboard switching reuse matching cached data. Use a widget’s Refresh action to refresh one card, or Refresh dashboard in the dashboard toolbar to refresh every data widget. Existing data remains visible if a provider request fails. If a provider is disconnected, open Website → Settings → Integrations without interrupting the other widgets.
