Back Up and Restore a Website
Open Website → Platform → Backups for the selected Website Environment.
WordPress backups include the WordPress database and files. Static HTML backups capture the deployed web root. PHP and Node.js backups capture the durable data directory; immutable release artifacts remain available through the deploy artifact store and are not duplicated into every backup. Managed MySQL and PostgreSQL databases have their own logical backups under Databases.

Restore
Section titled “Restore”- Choose the restore point by timestamp and source environment.

- Check the public response, administration access, and customer-critical data.
A downloadable package is not proof that a restore succeeded. Use the restore result and post-restore verification.
