TMXIO Support

Start with the part of TMXIO you are working in:

  • Account covers work across your portfolio: operations, monitoring, organization, reports, and settings.
  • Website covers one Website: platform controls, health, search and AI, quality, and collaboration.
  • WordPress Admin covers the TMXIO and Lens plugins inside WordPress.
  • Reference & Policies defines the product model, access boundaries, states, and public policies.

If a control is not visible, check your Account Role or Website Access Role before treating it as an error. Some controls also depend on Website Runtime, enabled services, or account features.

For an active incident, open Account → Operations → Support in TMXIO and include the affected Website, Website Environment, start time, impact, and the last action taken.
