What Information Do We Collect?

When Error Monitoring is enabled, TMXIO collects operational data needed to identify failures, display them in the product, and support investigation.

This can include:

  • Website and Website Environment identifiers;
  • error messages and stack traces when available;
  • request metadata related to the failure;
  • timestamps and event context;
  • plugin or integration state needed to understand the error.

TMXIO uses this information to show errors and alerts, establish what failed and when, reduce unnecessary reproduction work, and support an investigation you escalate.

Error Monitoring is not intended as a general content-collection or analytics feature. Disable it if your organization no longer wants this operational data collected. Contact TMXIO Support before enabling it when policy or compliance review is required.
