Website Access Role controls work on a specific Website.
Staff and platform-operator roles are internal operating boundaries, not customer access levels.
When a control is missing, check both role layers and the Website capability. An Account administrator does not automatically prove access to every Website action.
Website Lifecycle describes whether the Website should actively serve or remain suspended.
Hosting Status describes the current hosted runtime condition. Customer-visible states can include pending, deploying, online, maintenance, offline, degraded, failed, unknown, or suspended.
Maintenance means TMXIO recognized the Website’s deliberate maintenance response while its runtime remained ready. It is a healthy state: it does not create an outage warning or reduce availability, and operational access and backups remain available. Public content scans pause until the Website returns online.
Connection Status applies to a Connected Website. It can be healthy, degraded, disconnected, or blocked.
Operation-specific states belong to their operations. A deploy, backup, migration, audit, report, or update can be queued or running without changing the meaning of Website Lifecycle.
Read the state beside the scope that owns it. Do not treat one green status as proof that every layer is healthy.
